The CourseAs a part of its pre-license requirements Oregon requires the completion of the study and mastery of seven topics. These seven topics are organized as follows.
Each module is divided into chapters. At the end of each chapter review exercises will test the student’s comprehension of the chapter material. At the end of each module a final examination is required. Successful passage of the final examination requires a score of 75% or better. However, the Oregon Real Estate Agency does have requirements to sit for the state real estate license examination. This course is only one of those requirements. It is the student's responsibility to contact the Oregon Real Estate Agency, Licensing Division to determine whether the student will be eligible to sit for the Oregon real estate broker’s examination.
